Thank you for delivering my horse today.  I don’t usually do this but… the young gentleman that delivered her deserves a pat on the back.  He was well mannered and courteous unlike the last arrogant person we had from another transport company.  So thank you and please pass on my gratitude.  We will definitely be using and recommending Southern Cross to our friends.

I over the years have used a number of Transport Company’s to cart my horses around, I have used yours before and which aspired me to call again. You sent me a young fellow called Jamie to do the job, I found him to be helpful, polite, gentle with the horses and very good at handling them. This is just a short note to say thank you to Jamie and the company for prompt and great Service.
