Major achievement: A suite of attractive, informative guides, posters and brochures to explain training packages to employers, students, apprentices and teachers.
The project: Training Packages offer employers, schools and registered training organisations the tools to create innovative, flexible training and assessment programs that give people the training they want when, where and how they want it. One of the main challenges of Training Package implementation has been informing employers and apprentices how they can get the most from Training Packages.
We have produced a variety of materials to inform and motivate people about training packages, including plain-English guides to the elements of Training Packages, colourful posters for schools, workplaces and training venues, and brochures to interest employers and students in taking up apprenticeships and traineeships.
