Ron has more than 30 years experience in communicating a broad range of subject matter in health education, vocational education and training, occupational health and safety and workplace relations. He is an accomplished researcher, writer and editor.

Ron has researched, written, edited and produced a wide range of resources, including audiovisual materials, learners’ guides, assessment guidelines, promotional materials, newsletters and speakers' kits.

Ron has also helped write, and has edited, many government policy papers on health education and vocational education and training, and has worked on a number of projects concerning the school-to-work transition.
