FACILITATION

Scarabworks provides independently facilitated meetings using the mediation process. The principal, Jeff Austin has expertise and extensive experience in coordinating both small and large sized groups. Jeff has trained at the Federal Emergency Management Agency at Maryland in the U.S.A., the Institute of Mediators and Arbitrators Australia, and Adelaide University and has a Civil Engineering degree from Sydney University.

Scarabworks focuses on equitable processes and outcomes through development, planning, reviews, documentation and reporting.
