Litigation and Dispute Resolution

We have extensive experience in handling litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution in all jurisdictions in matters involving contract law, torts, property law, trade practices, industrial relations, partnership disputes, trusts, insolvency and disputes arising in relation to wills and the administration of deceased estates.  We advise clients how best to manage an emerging dispute and explore the scope for a negotiated resolution without engaging in costly and distracting litigation.  Where litigation does ensue, our object is to conduct it as effectively and efficiently as possible, minimising the cost and inconvenience to the client and where possible helping achieve a sensible resolution prior to trial.
