I've put together a little manual of Yokai for my campaign world. I'd appreciate any input y'all might have to help me refine the creatures and build up the flavor text. The stats are in GURPS, but are pretty self-explanatory. I particularly want to know if I got the reading of the kanji in Hone-bito right. It was originally Hone-onna, and I want to make it genderless, but I'm not entirely sure if it should be Hone-jin or Hone-hito/bito. I omitted the macrons for long vowels throughout, one day I plan to fix this, but not right now.

It would be bito because monsters like these are all named in native Japanese. jin is the Chinese-style reading of the character. But a lot of xx-onna monsters are like that because of a specific meme in Japanese mythology where women seeking revenge get magical powers in exchange for becoming ghosts or demons.

Dude, just try clicking it again. It should directly download the PDF. For some reason, it occasionally takes you to the login in screen. Please tell me if this continues to be a problem. I'm trying to use my Ubuntu One cloud space, but I'm finding that it's actually rather quirky.

When you're talking about the kamaitachi, you mean that they have a "conscience," not a "conscious." That drives me nuts. Otherwise, it looks like you put a fair bit of work into this. So kudos.
