Rove Consulting was set up mid 2008 by Rob van Veenendaal to assist (boutique) fund managers with any operational issues on a part time, project or interim management basis.

Typically start-up fund managers under-estimate the amount of time and effort required to prepare an AFS Licence application, the arrangement of the required compliance-structure or the development of its portfolio administration and outsourcing arrangements. Even after successful establishment of a business platform, the ongoing administration and compliance requirements keep on eating into essential portfolio investment and risk management activities! This is where Rove Consulting can help.

The RoVe approach is not just to analyse/review structures or processes but also assist with activities on a hands on basis where required.

It regularly occurs in all size firms that a key employee suddenly becomes unavailable (either temporarily or permanently) and there are no internal resources to immediately fill the gap. More conventional administrative positions could be temporarily filled through a temp agency, but senior positions may require experience and expertise that are not readily available though an agency. This is where Rove Consulting can help.
