Colours available for each product are listed with the product illustrations. Mirrors, Coin Holders, Coin Keypers, Golf Sleeve, Suspend-a-Pen, and tag are not available in the full colour range. Please contact us regarding colour choice.

INK COLOURS
PMS COLOURS CAN ONLY BE MATCHED AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE.
When specifying colour, please state if the match is to be on the lighter or darker side of the PMS colour requested.
- Warm yellow used as non metallic gold
- Grey used as non metallic silver
- Neon green, yellow, pink, orange available on white product only
- Metallic ink colours: add ten cents ($0.10) to normal cost
INK CHANGE
Ink change (i.e. black on yellow & white & red pieces) on the same order - $15.00 to change colour.
MULTIPLE COLOUR IMPRINTS
- Registration good on all products
- Minimum for 2 colour imprints 500 pieces
- Minimum for 3 colour imprints 1000 pieces

WRITE ON PANELS
Signature ink panels accept ball pen and permanent ink pens. White panels are printed on colour pieces. Grey panels on white. On orders of 2,500 pieces or more, different colour write on panels may be available, please ask.
ELECTRONIC ART
Adobe Illustrator or eps files preferred. Graphic systems are constantly upgrading and changing, therefore when you want information on how to send art work, call or fax us and we will fax current info immediately.
CHANGES OF COPY

CUSTOM SHAPE KEY TAGS
Die change - simple dies $150.00. More complex dies, i.e: those with saw edge tooth, die charge on quotation only.
- Minimum 1000 pieces
- $95.00 surcharge for absolute minimum 500 pieces. Consult catalogue price list.
- Production time 5-7 weeks, includes product proof.
- All product colours are available. (Note: light colours, especially white, show dirt, stains and discolouration depending on use).
- Size - approximately 3 square inches (longest length times longest width). Larger size quotations on request.
- PROOFS - CUSTOM SHAPES: printing proof will be furnished at no charge. This is an actual printed proof on material in colour. A thin outer line is printed to show the outline of the proposed die cut. The die itself is not made until after proof approval. For a hand cut proof; POA.
KEY CHAINS
Heavy duty nickel plated. Available on all coin holders at $0.20ea.
OVER RUNS AND UNDER RUNS
We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under. 1 colour, one side very little over or under. 2 colour and multiple colours and imprints necessitate starting with additional pieces. Quantities will be produced as close as possible to request.
PROOFS - PAPER
Every order placed will have a paper proof of artwork faxed or emailed to you. This paper proof requires your approval via fax or email before we produce your order, stating proof approved. Each day delay on approving the art proof makes for 2 days delay in delivery schedule.
PRODUCT PROOFS
$15.00 per colour or design. Orders over 5,000 pieces, product proofs free. Product proofs are recommended for all orders 2,500 pieces or more, or orders which have two or more colours with tight registration and/or half tones.
REPEAT ORDERS
We maintain extensive records or past orders, which can be located by the QL Order Number on our invoice to you, or by the major name on the clients key fob. Please send as much information as possible. Include estimate of the year and a sample or photocopy or fax of last order.
SPECIAL COLOUR PIECES
Available in quantities of not less than 10,000 pieces. Call regarding availability and any extra charges.
SPORT SCHEDULES
These are charged at $1.00 per game. This price includes headings and ad copy below the schedule. Please fax us for a sample of how the schedule will be typed. If the schedule is not as per our standard format, your format will be charged at $1.50 per game.
DROP SHIPMENT
This service is available for shipments to one address. If delivery is to more than one address, please phone for quote.
CLAIMS
No claims for faulty goods will be recognised, unless received in writing with sample of faulty goods within seven days of the date of delivery docket date.

HALF TONE REPRODUCTION
If your art has screen tints or half tones, we will receive your artwork and redo to suit our screens, and to give the printed reproduction required to look like your artwork. Please phone for instructions or for any further information.
PERSPECTIVE ARTWORK
The print is curved around the fob, giving a 3 dimensional look. This cost is covered by the preparation charge of $45.00.
GST TAX
10% IS THE CURRENT APPLICABLE RATE OF TAX TO ALL PRODUCTS.
DELIVERY FREIGHT COST
Allow 2-4 working days from date of pick-up for delivery. All deliveries are receipted, and require signatures. If drop shipments are required advise customer contact and phone number, name and address details. We use plain consignment and address labels. Delivery details are on forwarded to you at ship time. SEQUENTIAL NUMBERING & INDIVIDUAL PERSONALISATION
For conferences, membership, measuring customer response, just like the print, it stays on for the lifetime of the product. Please phone to check your quotation with us.
SPEC SAMPLES
For special customers who you know will order if they see the product with their logo on it, why not try a spec sample. Up to four colours both sides. Artwork to size must be supplied or art charges at usual rates will apply. $40.00 first colour, $20.00 each additional colour. Express postage $40.00. ALL REFUNDABLE ON PLACEMENT OF ORDER!
