Project Governance |

These sessions examine the purpose of governance and controls in the project environment and the roles of boards in projects. |
Risks, Issues and Change Control |

- The assessment of likelihood and consequence, level of risk, prioritisation and development of mitigation strategies are covered in this practical workshop based on the principles of the Australian standard
- The linkages between risks, issues and change control are explored and reviewed in exercises
