Tim Bottrell

Position: Senior Associate

Tim Bottrell graduated from University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws in 1983 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 1983. He joined Paul Bard Lawyers in 2002 after being employed in a variety of roles in the corporate and public sectors, as well as city-based commercial legal practices and is now a Senior Associate at CBB Law. Tim specialises in transactional work in commercial and property areas and dealing with related complex financial arrangements. He acts for corporate and individual clients, including property developers, mezzanine development funders, entrepreneurs in recruitment and IT businesses, landlords and tenants of commercial premises, those in the hospitality industry and for an increasing number of insolvency practitioners needing assistance with similar transactions.

Additionally, Tim Bottrell applies his knowledge and experience in transactional work to assist the firm to more effectively conduct litigation on behalf of clients in commercial and/or property related disputes. A major aspect of Tim’s role within the firm is to supervise the preparation of a wide range of bespoke commercial documents that we use to enhance the effectiveness of our clients’ business relationships and to limit their exposure to commercial risk of all kinds.
