A lot of you who visit PastryShoesCollection.com might notice that whenever the topic is about The New York Fashion Week, all spotlights were aimed at Vanessa and Angela Simmons. Â That’s going to change as today it’s all about Diggy Simmons, who was seen at the major fashion shows -he even sat front row- at the major fashion event with his uncle, Russell Simmons. Â He was also seen with his beautiful sisters, Pastry creators and reality TV stars, Vanessa and Angela. Â Here are the Diggy Simmons – sighting at The New York Fashion Week 2009.
See, this guy is serious when it comes to fashion. Â How many teenagers are lucky enough to sit front row in NY Fashion Week? Â Not much! Â It’s lucky that Diggy knows (and related) to the right people in the fashion biz, such as his uncle, Russell Simmons and also sisters Vanessa and Angela who are also frequent visitors of the event.
Let’s take a closer look at Dig’s outfit.
Nice. Â Is that a Melody Ehsani ring he’s wearing?
Diggy seems to love this cardigan so much. Â It looks mighty cool on him, as well. Â To wear it more than once is not a problem, as long as you pair it right. Â And Diggy pulled it off!
Diggy got to hang out with his uncle, a powerful man in urban culture and hip hop, Russell Simmons, and also his cousins Ming and Aoki Lee Simmons.
Fun times, indeed.

V&A did… live at the show of course!

Spring 2007 saw the debut of Pastry Kicks by Angela and Vanessa Simmons of MTV’s “Run’s House” with just 4 pairs of shoes. Since then, we’ve seen the line grow to more than 100 different Pastry shoe styles and expansion into matching handbags and apparel.

Are they stopping there? Nosir… V&A have big plans to move into brand new territory later this year. The girls have already finished the fall 2008 collection!
“After the spring 2008 collection comes out, which includes apparel, handbags and new shoes, we’ll be debuting jewelry and lingerie lines. As we move into fall, we want to introduce some more sophisticated and edgy pieces like leather jackets and things like that,” Angela said.
Vanessa and Angela have BIG plans for the fashion world, and they are moving fast. Do you think they’ll succeed?
DALLAS — J.C. Penney Co. plans to launch an exclusive junior sportswear collection designed by Kimora Lee Simmons. Kimora is aunt to Vanessa and Angela Simmons, the creators of Pastry.
