Getting Started

If you have done Pilates in the past, contact us now to book in your first class. If you are new to Pilates, you begin with our small group glasses, private classes or an initial assessment. The initial assessment is a private class where you will learn to use different Pilates equipment and perform fundamental exercises. Your body’s strengths and weaknesses will be assessed. We will discuss your goals and any rehabilitation requirements. . This information is then used to design a personalised program for you. After the assessment, you choose to continue with group or private classes. We recommend pregnant women, people over 60 and those with an existing injury to start off with an assessment before joining a group class.
