Eighth day out May 8 th
Israel 25 c to Heathrow 15 c

05.58 am Rise and shine, looking down the motorway to the airport which was empty intill we neared the airport and then it was a bit slow but we arrived there ok.

06.10 am See here we are ready to go, not looking the best after our sickness but at least we boarded the plane.

07.53 am One last look across at Israel then it's off into the blue yonder to Heathrow.

07.57 There is the aeroplane we flew on and we were soon in Heathrow watching the many, many, many planes coming and going, going, going.

13.37 Have a look at this big boy and all the others parked over the other side.

09.05 Then back on the endless travelator, to get our baggage and our first view of england from the lounge window.

Comments:
Philip:
We travelled to the airport and left Israel, would like to go back one day. Flew to Heathrow 5 hours wih a drop in temperature where we stayed over night in the very english hotel. Oh forgot that now I have a written terrist warning from the british police for not having my camera packed away in the airport.

Donna: We got to Thistle Hotel and it was so old English in the Hotel. We were still fairly crook and we ordered some soup for Lucy and then she wanted potatoes cooked with sausages which made her a bit better. We all managed to eat a little bit of food that day and I kept taking salt because I got awful cramps when I was vomiting before. We travelled to southern Wales, it was beautiful and they speak the Welsh language as well English. The youth hostel was in the mountains with very steep hedges on a long single lane road into the mountains. It reminded me of our little honeymoon cottage and you do feel an atmosphere of God in the country.

Rebecca:
The next morning we were all still weak but managed to get up and get on the plane to London. We got to London and went to our Hotel still feeling weak but able to eat again.
