OnSiteCameras can provide you and your vendors with short term video surveillance that offers peace of mind during open for inspections.

We believe deterrence is as important as identification. So we provide cameras and signage to deter theft before it happens. In the unlikely event that it does, the video footage (which remains the property of the vendor) can assist police to apprehend the offender and, in many cases, recover the stolen property.

Our small, discreet surveillance system (available in black or white) will not impact the appearance of the property, and installation takes less than 20 minutes in most cases. The cameras are portable, free-standing and require only a standard power point to operate. You or the vendor simply needs to turn the motion-activated camera on before each inspection and turn it off afterwards. Because OnSiteCameras controls nothing remotely, there is no risk to the vendor's privacy. At the end of the rental period, when we uninstall the system we download the video and give it to the vendor on a USB key or memory card.

We can provide advice on the number of cameras and locations for optimal coverage. Most properties are covered with a single camera placed strategically to capture entries/exits, however some vendors may prefer a second camera at a back door or in the master bedroom where thieves are more likely to rifle through belongings.
