OldroydDirect maintains a database of specially selected prospective candidates who are business oriented and generally sourced through Australian university campuses following checks on background and credentials, career path and product interests.

OldroydDirect candidates are eligible to apply for or have obtained residency status (assistance is provided with work visa and/or permanent residency applications for candidates)

 Training in Australian business culture
 - included in employment package

OldroydDirect provides training to facilitate the intercultural transition of full time permanent placements into the Australian workplace so that such recruits can become team players within Australian business culture. They accept a reduction in salary through the 3 month training probation period to cover the cost of their training.

Guaranteeing success - probationary training period

OldroydDirect provides a Replacement Guarantee backed by 50% of the placement fee for the full time permanent placements it trains in the unlikely event that such placements fail to complete their 3 month training probation period.
