Rather, at OldroydDirect we continually canvass for applicants in anticipation of the intercultural communication needs of exporters.

We seek applicants for the generic position of Export Intercultural Facilitators.

We interview, assess and select from applicants and maintain a substantial current database of prospective candidates with 'X' factor from which we match and refer for our client exporters’ consideration.

The position description is designed to be generic because regardless of the company and the export product, requirements for in-house based intercultural communication are universal in bridging the inevitable cultural and language barriers to export.

Our specific client exporters’ requirements in workforce planning are matched from our database of candidates in terms of prerequisite nationality, qualification, product interests and career path.
