About Our Photographers.
Midland Photographers are a well-known local photography company based in Midvale. We have been operating out of our local area for over 40 years. We have photographed many local primary schools, some for close to two decades and are growing our portfolio each year. Our experienced photographers and admin staff are ready to provide your school with a professional, friendly, and efficient service!
For the parents.
Our traditional school photography packages have been created with parents in mind. We pride ourselves on being an affordable company that offers an easy to manage service for schools with attractive products for parents.
All our printing is completed in house, which means we can keep the cost of our services and products low while still providing fantastic photos. We offer a full money back guarantee for parents as we understand that unexpected situations arise. We accept late orders*, and we keep photos from previous years so parents can order at any time. *Service fees may apply.
For the schools.
Being a small business - we are committed to building great relationships with schools, focusing on one commitment at a time. Meaning you only get the very best of our photographers and our office-based team is always available to take queries from schools and parents.
All our photographers and admin staff have their ‘working with children’ clearances, safety of your students and staff is of upmost importance to us. As well as this we try to work very quickly and efficiently on school photo days, to be as little of a disruption to lessons as possible.
We provide all our schools with digital copies of staff and student individual photos for your own records. We are happy to provide these in a variety of formats for student ID cards and use in yearbooks.
Schools receive a donation from the sales made from the school photos purchased. A class photo or sibling pack ordered will accrue $1 and $2 for every value pack! Schools will get the full commission amount with their completed photos. We operate on a pre-paid system; this means we collect all the payments before the photography date. Any orders after this time can be directed to us. This ensures there’s less to no work for admin staff in chasing up late payments and orders, we take care of it all. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, cheque, and credit card. We also offer online ordering, call us to find our more or to opt in for your school!
All staff members receive a free photo pack, this includes their individual photo and either a staff ‘traditional group’ photo or ‘composite group’ photo.
Graduating students receive a free package of their graduating group photo, composite, and a certificate all in a presentation folder.
Each school receives a free school album containing all their year group photos and any extra groups (e.g., choir, sporting, and prefect groups). This album consists of a black folder that holds 8”x 10’’ photos and a personalised cover page.
