Your diary can be viewed by week or by day. Appointments are linked to the client database and invoice system and are used to quickly generate invoices The appointments are linked to professional activities, or products and unless marked not chargeable will be used to remind you of delivered services not yet invoiced. The diary day view also allows you to predetermine when you are available for appointments -, this information can be generic for any week or can be customised for a particular week. Like all of MyClientDiary, this component is mult- user and can be used anywhere there is an internet connection.
Appointments are quick and easy to enter using the keyboard or mouse. New clients are simply entered at the same time that appointments are booked, just by clicking the new client box and entering their name. You can also record "no-shows", event descriptions, location and all day events.
