Naomi Mashford MBA Executive Consultant - MET Services Naomi has over 25 years experience in the banking and finance sectors. Naomi has worked for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and has held senior positions, such as Area Manager Southern and State Manager Commercial. Her role of Area Manager Southern covered an extensive territory and encompassed some 200 staff with 19 direct reports. She successfully achieved sales targets and balanced growth as well as contained expenditure and achievement of income plans. Naomi has extensive experience in project management, change management, recruitment, succession planning, coaching and career development. Naomi has a Graduate Certificate of Management, a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration and an MBA. She is currently completing a Diploma of Financial Planning. She is also a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst and has successfully completed the Coaching Mastery course allowing her to coach coaches. |
