The Sunshine Leisure Centre is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable exercise environment for the community and offers a wide range of facilities and services, including:
- Gym fully equipped with cardio, pin loaded and free weight equipment
- Program room for Group Fitness classes with extensive timetable including Les Mills classes
- Indoor leisure pool with beach entry and ramp

Group Fitness @ Sunshine Leisure Centre Sunshine
BORED? A variety of classes will keep you motivated and interested, as well as give you varying instructor styles,
music selection, and interaction with other class-goers.
NO EXPERIENCE? Classes offer a workout for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Simply show up with a positive attitude, participate, and most importantly, have fun. No experience necessary!
NOT SURE? When people exercise on their own, they often skip portions of a workout
they know less about or don't like. Others quit due to time constraints.
Group exercise helps overcome these obstacles with professionally designed
classes lasting a short 30 or 45-minutes. Perfect if you don’t have much time, you can choose a
class schedule that fits in with your other daily activities.
Regardless of your passion or interest, what is most important is to move. Group exercise lets you do this while having fun!

Gym Membership Details
The Sunshine Leisure Centre offers a range of flexible membership options including:
- Brimbank Gold - full access at the Sunshine and St Albans Leisure Centres
- Brimbank Bronze - aquatic access at the Sunshine Leisure Centre
We also offer Young at Heart 55+, Aqua 55+ for our members who are 55 years and over. We also cater for family, corporate and teen fitness memberships.
Flexible terms range from casual, 6 or 12 month memberships depending on your needs. Direct Debit payment options available.
As a member our fully qualified staff will take you through a fitness appraisal and tailor a workout program to suit your personal needs.
