Nov 2012....Look Both Ways providing training on all aspects of Health Information Management to AMS's

Look Both Ways is now providing training and support to Aboriginal Health Services throughout Australia on all aspects of health information management. This includes training on the effective use of electronic patient information systems (e.g. Medical Director, Communicare, Best Practice), as well as the use of PENCAT and OCHREStreams. This training is aimed at helping organisations understand the information that is being reported to funding bodies (e.g. OATSIH) and to make best use of the data available through the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) for quality improvement and benchmarking purposes. Nov 2011.....Legislative Compliance Support Packages for Aboriginal Health and Community Services

Look Both Ways has developed a comprehensive support program to assist Aboriginal Health and Community Services to meet legislative requirements of operations. Aug 2011.....Electronic Patient Information System Support Packages

In response to growing demand for support with Patient Information and Recall Systems (PIRS), Look Both Ways has developed an annual support package to assist Aboriginal Health and Community Services. The program includes 8 days of onsite support through the year to assist with training, mapping out reporting requirements (including the new national KPI's), data extraction and reporting, and legal compliance issues related to electronic health records. Jan 2011......Dept of Health & Ageing Multi-Use List of Experts
