What’s different about como advancedTM?
como advanced cookware:
– can be used on induction cook-tops;
– has an exterior coating to reduce staining and keep the cookware looking like new;
– can be used in the dishwasher (for a limited number of cycles);
– and has a thicker base than most other pans.

Can metal utensils be used in the pans?
– Using metal utensils will void your warranty.  Don’t panic if someone else uses metal tongs once or twice. While the 3-coat non-stick surface of como advancedTM is resistant to scratches, it is best to use silicone, nylon or wooden tools.

Can como advancedTM be used on induction cook-tops?
Yes! como advancedTM is one of the few high-range cookware ranges available in Australia with this feature. Most non-stick pans do not work on induction cook-tops.

Why does como advanced cookware have a stainless steel base?
Apart from giving the pan a modern and stylish look, the stainless steel base allows the pan to work on induction cook-tops.

Can the glass lids go in the oven and dishwasher?
The glass lid is oven-safe to 180°C and it is dishwasher-safe.

Can I use my Chefs’ Grill and Griddle in the oven or under a grill?
If your oven is wide enough, the Chefs’ Grill can be used in both the oven and under the grill.
