Fancams = stalking

I’ve always wonder why fancams aren’t called out like saesang fans are. I mean they are both creepy as hell, why is it that only saesangs get in trouble?

In Korea it’s probably legal to take photos of people without their permission and even make money of it, just like how saesangs are allowed to go free without charge. But in my country you would get in deep sh*t for those actions. First of all, taking pictures of people without asking, when they don’t even see you taking it, when they even try to hide their faces with their hands or by wearing masks and glasses, when they’re NOT on stage/events is already being a total creep, then even having a website dedicated to those kind of pictures and making calendars to sell and make a profit out of other people’s faces without permission, how is that shit not illegal? That is just as low as those lowlife hollywood paparazzis who take pictures and sell it to magazines, but in kpop even the fans buy into that creepy stuff. I seriously don’t get it, somebody please enlighten me.

S!B: kpop fans love fancams, they cry a river everytime a creepy fancam website close down.
