It's easy to point out that these data are pretty much "old" because in the top 20 most common names there is no sign of the most popular names given to Italian babies in the last years and even if Italy is an old nation it's hard to think that none of those names is not in this chart yet.
So, as we wait for an update from ISTAT (National Institute for Statistics), we could consider these names as the most common names between Italian citizens who are 40 years of age or older.
