Adette's expertise is based on over 10 years of human resources and coaching experience, working in-house with a range of well known global organisations. Her experience in working with clients within a supportive, encouraging framework in guiding them towards their goals and ambitions has enabled her to provide the advice required to help her clients change career, achieve promotions, find their next role and deal with issues such as conflict resolution, management issues and work/life balance.
