Every coaching relationship begins with a free consultation to clearly ascertain what you want to achieve, and to discuss how we can help.
Our coaching style is characterised by being totally non-judgemental; you will be invited to discuss only what you feel comfortable sharing with us, at your own pace. We do NOT believe in forcing our clients to make decisions that they don't feel ready to make.
Through our structured coaching sessions (based on John Whitmore's GROW Model), we firstly help our clients to identify their goals and the hurdles and barriers preventing them from achieving these goals. This allows us to devise, unique practical solutions that are tailored to each individual and will enable them to achieve their career and lifestyle choices.
We find the GROW Model is particularly appropriate as a framework to help our clients explore any issue or specific goal as well as enabling a deeper understanding of themselves through a series of questions. The underlying process is to:-
1. Establish the goal;
2. Explore the reality of the goal;
3. Consider options required to obtain the goal;
4. Identify a way forward using these options and commit to this option.
Using this process you can make your goal a reality.
We do NOT however simply apply this framework and expect it to yield all the answers. We work collaboratively and supportively with our clients through such issues as confidence, understanding of core abilities, issues with procrastination, time management, and conflict resolution, management of difficult teams/team members, achieving work life balance, managing finances, effective networking, relocation, job searching skills and lifestyle choices.
Together you and your coach will find out what you really want, show you how to get there and share in the excitement of reaching and fulfilling your dreams.
Intuit Solutions provides services Australia-wide. Coaching is most commonly conducted over the phone which allows you flexibility in booking your appointments. Face to face appointments can be conducted if you are Sydney based.

We offer this to clients who have general areas in there life that they would like to improve. This can include health, fitness, relationships and family issues.
