Income is committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of our policyholders’ personal information.

To ensure you have peace of mind when performing transactions on me@income, we have introduced a series of new security measures, to further verify your identity. These require a unique one-time password (OTP) that you will need to input on screen when prompted. This password can be obtained via SMS text message.

  • When you log in to your me@income account, besides using your username and password, New Secured Access require all policyholders to provide further proof of identification, by prompting for a unique one-time password (OTP). This OTP can be obtained when you register your mobile number, and it will be sent to your mobile phone via an SMS text message.
  • Currently, all policyholders will be able to update their latest mobile number when they next log in to me@income, or sign in as an existing policyholder when performing certain online transactions, for example online purchase of travel insurance.
