Organisational development is the domain of Rodrigo Becerra, an educator of philosophy and a psychologist for the last 13 years. As a clinical psychologist, Rodrigo has accumulated vast experience in training and conflict resolution.

Rodrigo's work has been published in several international journals and he has also presented his latest findings at conferences in Australia, Chile and the Netherlands. The results of his psychological and philosophical work are now available in “The Art of Recovering Passion", a theory of passions which can be applied to the working environment as well as in people's every day lives. His tremendous success in workshops conducted in Chile has been repeated in his clinical practice in Australia.

Rodrigo has worked for the Australian Government for the last 9 years. He is currently conducting further research with Murdoch University and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
