The team at Infocus are specialist consultants in the fields of change management, business improvement, project management, organisational development and business process engineering.

All Infocus consultants meet the following minimum criteria:

• At least 3-5 years relevant industry experience at a managerial level

• Well-developed intellectual skills for problem solving

• Well-developed communications skills, for communicating effectively with staff at the floor level to staff at the boardroom level.

• The ability to train others, which is paramount for the deployment of our methodology.

• Appropriate Tertiary qualification.
