Being first time business owners, we had never had to write staff contracts or privacy policies before. We went around in circles in confusion trying to find the right guidance as to whether particular staff members we were looking to bring on should be employees or contractors.  

Elisé took the time getting to know us and our business before giving any advice which we couldn’t have appreciated more. She never made us feel rushed and took her time making sure we had every question answered.
