Product Coordinator & Admin Support at GB eCommerce
GB eCommerce Pty Ltd is a leading outsourced eCommerce provider in the travel and eco sectors. We operate end-to-end retail eCommerce operations on behalf of major Australian companies. Our head office is located in Torquay, VIctoria AU with our warehouse and distribution centre located in Melbourne. We’re continuing to expand our team to support our rapid growth. For the right candidate this entry level role could be the stepping stone to a very rewarding career in eCommerce. Starting salary is $35,000 inc super. Full time or Part time flexibility (Part time would need to be at least 2 full days per week) Before you apply consider these questions: Do you enjoy making a meaningful contribution to a team? Responsibilities: Creating & maintaining our growing product database of over 3,000 products Merchandising products across our current network of 5 websites Provide sales & support to our customers through phone and email Liaising with suppliers and our warehouse Take on new tasks/projects as they evolve Minimum Skills: Strong attention to detail A proactive attitude, with the ability to complete tasks without constant supervision A willingness to go ‘above and beyond’ when required Strong written and oral communication skills Good typing speed & computer skills Other Skills: Do you have other skills / experience which could be useful to an eCommerce team?
