FCI is in the process of completing a large-scale construction project in Minchinbury.
This large scale construction project tilt-up construction includes 33 industrial units, and is for an area of more than 14,000 square meters.

Viridian Wetherill Park

This building and construction project was to make good & undertake a complete building refurbishment.
The size of the commercial property area to be refurbished was 11,000 square meters.
The refurbishment project involved a glass manufacturing plant which had to be completely stripped off and refurbished. To successfully complete this project involved Concrete Granding and sealing off concrete.

Commercial Development Project:

CSR Trade Centre Caloundra

FCI completed a commercial development at the Caloundra CSR Gyprock trade centre.
This project was a Design, Development and Construct project (known in the building and construction industry as a DD&C) undertaken by our expert team of building and construction industry professionals and including both interior and exterior and interior commercial construction and design.
Our team planned, coordinated and delivered to the client a 2,200 square meter trade centre. This construction project includes a clear span warehouse and a 850 square meter awning with 300 square meter showroom.

Alexandria Gyprock Trade Centre

FCI undertook a commercial design build of the Alexandria Gyprock Trade Centre.
The finished commercial construction project involved construction of a new showroom, bathroom refurbishment and office space for the tenant. The professional team at FCI managed the entire building and construction process for the client.

Annandale Town Hall

FCI completed this stunning refurbishment of a heritage listing building, the Annandale Town Hall.
