Eco Communication are communications specialist who employ Aristel, Samsung and Toshiba trained consultants, project supervisors, installation & service engineers and training staff who are dedicated to customer satisfaction through personal attention.

Our customers expect that the installation of their new telephone system will be completed without excessive disruption to their business. Our Customer Support team will explain the procedures and the time frame we will be working towards and establish with the customer their peak business periods in order to negotiate convenient installation times.

Our Customer Support team will project manage all installations and be a first point of contact with Eco Communication. We have an established Help Desk to offer customer support during normal business hours. We also hold regular group training sessions for customers who require further training and assistance, at our office in Buderim. We believe there are benefits in holding group sessions as users of like products often identify problems in common and provide us with an opportunity to identify improvements and solutions.

Delivery and installation may be carried out within 7 days of your order, as directed by you depending on your network requirements. All equipment is 'ex-stock' and is generally available for delivery within 2 days.
