| Empower Within Coaching |
| Empower Within Coaching is a service that offers a variety of workshops, products and one to one coaching (face-to-face or telephone). |
| An individual coaching session is 1 to 1½ hours in duration. Workshops are 2 to 4 hours in duration. |

| For adults who have a loss of confidence yet know they want to achieve happiness and a meaningful life. For example, mothers who have spent time at home rearing children; relationship breakdowns and career crossroads. Provides strategies to build confidence, clarity and self belief enabling individuals to be on track with their own life purpose. |
| Stepping Up |
| This transformational workshop assists you to STEP UP and PROPEL even more forward in your life with direction, clarity and healing. Time to break through your fears and adopt empowering strategies. This Stepping Up workshop is the follow up to the Empowering You workshop. |
| Life Purpose/Direction |
| For adults seeking direction and guidance to their own life purpose and journey. For those who may be ‘stuck’ in one place and feel you are unable to move forwards. To motivate and encourage individuals to find their passion, zest and achieving all that they want in life. |
| Mini Solutions Coaching Packages
– 20 to 30 minute phone call/one-on-one |
| Short coaching sessions full of PUNCH for you to tackle issues that present especially for this fast-paced society that we live in. |
| Some examples of mini coaching sessions to gain understanding of your authentic self and help you to move forward in your life include the following: |
