Some users have reported log in problems when using browser other than Internet Explorer. This  includes Firefox on Windows PCs and Safari on Apple PCs. We have discovered that for some inexplicable reason, the problem disappears if we remove the @ from the login name.

If you are experiencing problems logging in, and you are not using Internet Explorer, this is likely to be the problem. Let us know and we will alter your username to remove the @ that is present in all initial user names as part of the e-mail address.

Of course, you should also check you have the right user name and password as supplied, and that your browser is not wound too tight from a security perspective - cookies do need to be enabled.
