We understand the needs of the service industry, we have dedicated portion cutters working to exacting specifications under controlled conditions. We break up our own lambs and make everything on site, fresh, everday.
Orders can be emailed, phoned, messaged or faxed, we have a message service after hours. All orders received before 5a.m will be delivered that day. We offer cryovac service and labelling as required.
