Project Management

Project Management in Information Technology has seen a number of assignments completed for Local Government. More recently the company spent 2 years at South Gippsland Shire Council completing a number of IT projects. These included the evaluation of council’s IT Infrastructure and projects to replace much of the equipment and some applications as well.

This assignment also involved the provision of Information Technology management whilst the IT manager was on maternity leave, and included staff responsibility, budgeting, policy development, procurement, etc.
