Our site is approximately 33 Acres in size with just on 2000 people on site; we are one of the oldest girl’s schools in the world and have been in existence for over 140 years. We have a significant range of facilities which vary from Heritage grade to state of the art facilities. An organisation like this brings its own unique problems which are not always commercial in nature and therefore require companies who provide service to us to take this into consideration. Some companies are good at this and some just don’t get it. Coming across Compliance Services Australia at a Melbourne Facilities Expo a couple of years ago has been great for us as we venture into the Australian Aged Care market from our base in New Zealand. CSA has taken full control of our Essential Safety Measures, Service, Testing and Compliance for our new sites. This has provided comfort that our sites are maintained to the local requirements without fuss and to a high level. Their consultative and friendly approach make it very easy to maintain a working relationship and being a one stop shop means only one phone call whenever there are issues.
Compliance Services Australia have been associated with looking after our Emergency and Exit Lighting since the arena was built in 2000. In 2012 Compliance Services Australia carried out a review of our then current Emergency and Exit Lighting and recommended an upgrade which would provide considerable savings on power consumption and maintenance costs. In 2013 we engaged Compliance Services Australia again to carry out a full site upgrade of our Emergency and Exit Lighting to the new Clevertronics L10 Lithium battery system which has reduced our ongoing running costs by approximately $130K per year. Now 3 years on our ongoing maintenance costs are the lowest they have ever been!
