Roland Hill

Roland has extensive resource industry and investment, finance and funds management experience. He has been directly associated with the mining and exploration sector for 10 years, gaining experience in the technical evaluation of several projects of both small and major listed companies.

Prior to his appointment at Crescent Gold, Roland was employed as a resource analyst and portfolio manager with several global investment banks and stockbroking firms over a period of 12 years. He has performed in the position of director for several listed and unlisted companies and currently also serves as managing director of a private investment fund.

Xiaoou Zhang

Eighteen years experience in research field and resources industry, including four years of 'hands-on' project management experience in China. Extensive networking at different levels of Chinese government authorities and good relationships with many Chinese resources companies including state-owned, public and private companies. Having PhD in Geology from Curtin University of Technology, and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting and finance from University of Western Australia.

Prior to his appointment at Capstone Capital, he was the general manager of Chinese JV companies for Redox Diamonds, an unlisted Australian public company.
