Our History

Computer Concepts & Information Services started as a mobile business from home and was established in 2003. We specialised in providing the very latest in technology products backed up with excellent after sales service. Our main customers were mainly in the home & small business areas. Being mobile we could cater for a large area throughout the wide bay (Maryborough, Hervey Bay, Bundaberg and Gympie) and also including the smaller communities in between (Howard, Torbanlee, Tiaro, Maroom, Boonaroo, Poona, etc).

We started this business by selling good quality parts for less money and back it up with good warranty and support. We continued running as a mobile business for 3 years before deciding to expand into a small shop front in the main street of Maryborough where we still reside today. The shopfront proved to be a good move by presenting ourselves to the public as a business that was on the move and expanding. This created an influx of new customers across the board in both home & business areas.

One of the decisions we made before opening the shop was to keep the mobile part of the business, as this was not only our current life blood but was something that we saw was lacking in the area as a shop with a mobile service. This gave us the opportunity to give extra support to our existing customers while accommodating our new walk in customers. Over the past 4 years we have been in the shop we have seen our business grow and remain service orientated which has been welcomed by both regular customers and new. With over 20 years of computer experience the knowledge gained and shared has assured our customers get the right advice and products they need.

We also provide solutions based services, not merely selling a product which may not meet our customers requirement. We can supply fully user customised system configuration to suit the different needs of each user. Our systems range from home, office, business desktop machines to high end gaming PC as well as Servers. Our business expertise is in providing high quality ready made CCITS Computers using the best quality parts and built to the highest level of workmanship standard possible. Our business model is customer and service oriented, we are not the typical online business or retail business that focus only in price, but one that focuses in customer service, support and satisfaction.

Upgrades & Maintenance

We can provide upgrades, installations or maintenance of your computer system. All works are guaranteed, if you require to purchase any extra parts we will inform you before we go ahead with the upgrade. 

Repairs and Troubleshooting

We do repairs and troubleshooting at our workshop, please contact us to make a booking. Repairs and troubleshooting must be booked in advance, we do not do on the spot services without any prior notice and inspections.
