About Cityview Church

Sunday Morning Service

We are a contemporary multicultural church full of Christians who share their love for God and each other in the New Testament way. Our range of programs demonstrates our mission to make a difference in the community because we value people.

We want to connect people with God, to see His will done in their lives and for them to reach their full potential in Him . Our church provides a loving environment in which this is possible.

We centre our Meetings on giving our Heavenly Father the best praise and worship, and giving priority to the teaching and preaching of God’s Word.

Jesus Replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with your entire mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘love your neighbour as yourself.’

Matthew 22:37-39

Cityview Church Location

We are located at 100 Star Street, Carlisle. There are public transport options available and plenty of parking in our parking lot and on the street. See more venue details here.

Policies

Cityview Church has Health and Safety Policies to protect the health and wellbeing of Staff, contractors, members and visitors. We take a team approach where possible to help foster a safe working environment.

We are committed to the safety and well being of children accessing our services and programs, therefore a government approved Child Protection Policy in place. We encourage all of our children’s workers to actively participate in building and maintaining a secure environment for all. All workers must undergo a Working With Children Check prior to working with children.

Brief History

Cityview Church was planted in East Victoria Park under the leadership of Pastor Pamela in 2004 with a team of 17 people. The church met in the RSL hall and later in the Perth Football Club where the hard working church plant team set up and packed down the church every week.

We now have an ongoing lease arrangement at 100 Star St Carlisle. We have made this building our home and have occupied it for more than 10 years.

Songs are carefully selected to ensure they provide value in praise and worship and are theologically sound. We pray together, take communion and we listen to a Bible based sermon. Following the service we enjoy good Christian conversation and fellowship…
