Selecting a suitable floor that makes it possible for the Owner to comply with the floor coverings by-law can be somewhat technical, and most flooring suppliers and installers do not have much expertise. If you are not familar with the issues and how to interpret 'specifications' and apply them in the Ceresa context, it is strongly recommended that you contact the strata company before you set your heart on a particular floor or place any orders.
