Every effort has been made to ensure that this site is compliant to Level A World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). However, some limits have been experienced in achieving full compliance due to constraints arising from some product versions used in the site. This is recognised and will be addressed in later versions of the product which will be deployed by the Department in due course.

What should I do if I have forgotten my username and password?

All CRISSP users must register with the DHS E-Business Portal. DHS will receive notification of registration, and provide details on registration processes for CRISSP Application.

I was timed out of the system and can’t find the note/document/interaction I was working on.
Unless worker saved information before leaving their desk the system will not have saved their previous work. There is NO back up for this, worker will need to redo whatever they were working on.
