Welcome to our online lodgment service. Sending Building Permit applications is now easier than ever. Just follow this page for instructions.
Please note: a minimum $200 AUD deposit will be required to be paid for our services prior to the assessment or your application. Lodging an application for a building permit will require payment of the deposit and eventually our complete building permit fees, lodgment fees, government levies etc. A tax invoice will be sent to your email once your application is accepted.
Do not lodge your building permit application if you do not wish to appoint us as your relevant building surveyor.
