We are primarily a building permit service for those that are undertaking a project that is required to have a building permit as required by the Building Regulations and Building Act of Victoria. From dwellings to commercial, from carports to industrial projects, Building Surveying Unlimited can provide building permit service for all types of building and structures.
We also can assist in consultancy and building inspections and are happy to discuss these services with you in further detail.

About Us & Our Services
We at BSU can provide the following

• Provide preliminary and regulatory advise in respect to the Building Code of Australia, Building Act, Building regulations .
• Asses the application against the building regulations , Building Code & the Building Act
• Send Correspondence via Email or fax including Building inspection reports to an email of your choice
• Issue Occupancy Permits within 24 hours of approved inspections (subject to documentation being submitted)
• Attend building supervisors monthly meetings when required • Attend design meetings with Draftsperson teams when required
• Inspection reports can be customized to meet necessary client requirements.
Key Services
Building Surveying Unlimited utilizes registered Building Practitioners that are categorized and qualified in the relevant field of expertise. Your application and Building Inspections will be handled by Registered Building Practitioners as to satisfy Building Act and your service requirements.
