Black Beetle is a landscape architectural practice focused on providing thoughtful and innovative design solutions that respond to our clients’ briefs, based on our understanding of the social, environmental, and functional concerns affecting today’s landscape.

The two directors, Giselle Barron and Ilia Kokalevski are Registered Landscape Architects and are experienced in the design and documentation of a wide variety of projects throughout Australia in a variety of environments and contexts, from government, multi-residential, schools and institutions, commercial projects, public plazas, private residential and site planning.

From our Sydney office, Black Beetle’s creative team has local and international experience designing various Commercial, Residential and Environmental landscapes. Our designs focus on melding nature and architecture to create quality, inspirational, fresh, cost effective and practical designs for many years to come.

Black Beetle celebrates and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, truths, peoples and country on the lands where we create our projects.
