Bfast Refunds Policy

1. By your use of the Bfast Service or Bfast Free Trial (as defined in our Terms and Conditions), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Refunds Policy.

2. Bfast currently allows users to use our paid service on a free-trial basis for a limited period of time.

3. Following expiration of the free trial, any payments you make to Bfast in respect of access to the Bfast website or Bfast service, subject to this policy, are irrevocable and non-refundable.

4. Bfast will, however, grant a refund for payments made in error, such as an accidental submission of a payment, at the sole discretion of Bfast where:

   1. that error is notified to Bfast in writing within 5 business days of the payment taking place; and

   2. you provide all reasonable evidence of the transaction.

5. A fee per refund of AUD$50 is applicable to any refunds made under clause 4. Please send notification to accounts@bfast.com.au.
