Each user licence provides full access to all features of the portal for the same flat annual fee. Our fee does not depend on the size of the building or the number of lots.
Many tasks are supported and enhanced by emails automatically generated and sent to the respective parties. Emails sent include confirmation of bookings, receipt of cash and cheques, routine maintenance reminders and impending expiration of insurance policies.
The preservation of all stored data is a serious responsibility. All data transferred between browser and server is encrypted. All information retained on the server is regularly backed up offsite with a renowned cloud storage provider.
Designed to be easily and effectively operated by onsite managers, concierge or security as well as remotely by strata managers, facilities managers or business operators responsible for multiple sites.
The staff and rostering feature assists concierge and security companies to better manage their personnel at each site. Features include the ability for staff to submit their own changes online for holidays and sick leave, update address and contact details as well as the system sending notification of staff birthdays.
