Paul Dunstan is the Managing Director of Astute Real Estate Personnel Pty Ltd.
With over 30 years experience in complex industrial relations, Paul has worked for employees, business and government. He has been involved in Industrial Relations since 1983 and has worked as a specialist industrial advocate for both unions and employers. He spent many years working in the Finance Industry representing employees during the turbulent restructures created by de-regulation.
Paul has also worked as a specialist advisor for two Ministers in the South Australian Parliament; the Minister for Labour and Industry and the Minister for Mines, Energy & Forests. He also served as an advisor to a Federal Senator.
Paul has been providing Industrial Rellations and Human Resources solutions to numerous industries for over 30 years.
