Depending on what signals are received and your instructions, a highly trained operator would:- Ring the premises to confirm the exact nature of the emergency. Ring you or others on your emergency contact list to notify you of the situation. Send out a patrol guard to investigate. Send the Police, Fire Brigade or Ambulance if required.

An alarm system is a electronic security device which protects your property-possessions when you are away, protects your family when you are at home during the day and at night while you are sleeping. An alarm system is made up of a number of sensing devices (detectors) that are wired back to a control panel. A codepad, which is usually placed near one or more entry exit doors is also hard wired to the control panel. The keypad is used to turn the system on and off and also for other functions like programming the alarm system. The main unit (control panel) and wiring are concealed in a serviceable area. The control panel is connected to the mains power using a low voltage AC Plugin. This transformer and front control panel unit should never be turned OFF. The main unit also has its own backup battery which is a rechargeable type. This backup battery will supply power to the system in case of mains failure. It should be replaced every three years. The number and type of sensors in your alarm system will vary depending on your requirements and size to your premises. Door and window sensors may be needed for perimeter detection and home mode operation. Sensors should be installed in rooms requiring protection where an intruder is likely to enter. We can position these sensors to your best requirements. Some sensors are designed to detect smoke, glass breaking, opening windows, opening doors, movement of human beings, etc. In addition, smoke sensors may be installed to provide early warning of a fire. Usually your security system is also connected to a telephone line. Your security system transmits alarms and other messages through your GPRS GSM unit via SIM card operation to a mobile phone or monitoring centre. On receiving an alarm, the monitoring centre carries out your instructions such as contacting the police or a patrol service. In addition, your system will usually be equipped with sirens, bells and or a strobe light. These are designed to warn you in case of fire or intrusion and as a deterrent to a burglar. Noise regulations vary from state to state but in most cases require that after an alarm, sounders must turn off within a preset time, usually around five minutes. Our technician will advise you about these requirements. Call us we can set up your alarm system to your premises in no time.
